Bad experience with Digi

pardon me if i say anything wrong...i am now very pissed off...
bought iphone 4s a week ago and had a new number from Digi...however since then my phone frequently shows no service or sim failure which will resolve temporarily after i restart the phone...i've been restarting my phone no less then 10 times per day...what kind of human can endure that while we pay for the bill...
Today i went to the Digi outlet in cheras that i bought this phone and the people that said it's ios5 problem...just reset the network will done...too bad it occurred again while I was on the way back...
Called back to Digi and they said maybe it's sim card problem...it's a nuisance for me to change sim card because it was bought under my bf's name and i need authorization letter from him to change it in teluk intan where i stay...
tmr i'm trying to settle this problem and we shall see how it goes...

Hi there, My phone is having exactly the same problem with yours... I had changed 2 digi sim cards but nothing gets better... Now I am using maxis broadband sim card on my phone and it is working great at least I can SMS all the time and never saw sim failure at the night. Are your phone okay now with the new sim? If it does pls tell me I would like to change too...
