I didn't get a new sim card...When i went to the digi outlet at my place, i was told that i couldn't change a new sim card as it was not register under my name,, even though i had authorization letter...I only can change it if the card was register under a company...Imagine how mad i was when they told me this... Different info from digi hotline and digi outlet...
I tried to give them one more chance by calling again the customer service...finally someone from gave me an useful tips...

back up and restore iphone from iTunes...so far it works for me:)
